They are not listed here but they are included in the cumulative total visitors and page views, given below the table. From March 11th 2002 to late 2017 stats were compiled using a SiteMeter counter, with supplementary data from GoStats. From late 2017 through to 2019 stats were compiled using StatCounter, with supplementary information from GoStats. Since 2019 stats have been compiled solely from StatCounter.
